I do not have WDO rise time data available I am reaching out to my backend team to help get this information, but I do not currently have a timeline of when this information will be available.

Thank you for looping in the team I am now up to date on the project. My internal team has informed me that the rise time will be directly dependent on both the VDD and total capacitance (including parasitic capacitance) do we have this information so that they can provide an informed spec? Also could you please help me to better understand why the slew is a concern?

Supply voltage - 1.8V, MCU_PORx reset input capacitance < 10 pF.

Hello Joshua,

Thank you for the note.

The output is applied to the MCU_PORz which is a cold reset input to the SOC.

Slow ramp causes the reset to internally glitch.

We want the MCU_PORz transition from Low to High to be as fast as possible and recommend a push pull output vs open drain output.
