TPS544B20: How long does it take when PMbus read/write is available after powering up the device

After the VDD voltage reaches UVLO, the TPS544B20 will initiate a pin-detection to determine the resistor values on the MODE, RT, ADDR0, and ADDR1 pins to configure the device.  This takes approximately 2ms.  Once this is complete, the TPS544B20 will respond to it's address on the PMBus.
