    Hello Shinji,

    The technical responsible person is in Chinese New Year. According to the datasheet this is an open drain output, so I assume that the resistance of this pin when it does not pull to GND is above 1Mohm. If this is not high enough for your application, please specify which leakage would be ok for you and then we can check if this is the case for this device.

    Hi Shinji-san,

    Sorry for the late response.

    Suppose the PG pin is pulled up by VCC around 5V, when the PG pin is not pulled to GND (internal FET is off), up to 125°C the leakage should be under 100nA.
