We're seeing an issue we're below RSOC <25% the cell balancing becomes worst 

any reason why?

    Hi Jonathan,

    What state is the gauge in at this time? If the gauge is discharging at the time this is seen, cell balancing will not be active.

    If possible, please share a log file of this occurrence so we can look more into it.
