We are using UCC27282DRCR IC for half bridge driver circuit. We need to know the internal diode maximum current capability.

    Hello Midhun. 

    We recommend adding an external schottky diode in parallel with the boot diode if the average boot diode current exceeds 100mA. The average boot diode current can be determined by the total Qg of the Mosfet load on the HO output and switching frequency. This is simply Qg x Fsw.
