I am looking for an alternative to the L200CV linear voltage regulator from STMicroelectronics, which is now obsolete. Here are the specifications for my current project:
- Input Voltage: 15V DC
- Output Voltage: Adjustable, set to 9.2V DC
- Maximum Current Consumption: 150mA
- Output Current Limitation: Easily configurable using a resistor (e.g., a limit of 190mA)
Could anyone recommend a TI regulator that meets these requirements and ensures a guaranteed productivity lifecycle?
P.S.: I have filled in the "Part Number" field with the reference LM317A, but this component does not provide current limitation with a resistor while also allowing voltage adjustment all in one. Additionally, I am not considering switching regulators like buck converters.
