Could you send me the  simulation file which contain the TPS61170 model that converted from PSpice model? I'd like to try the simulation on my side.

This kind of simulation error caused by the converted model is usually hard to debug, in case the error can't be solved in time, could you also try the TPS61170 PSpice mode on "PSpice for TI", which is free and can be downloaded from the TI web sites. I believe the PSpice model can run normally.
