Tool/software:

I am comparing RevA and RevB of the UCC27211A-Q1 datasheet.

Q1: 5.4 Thermal Information has changed. Is this due to PCN# 20240723008.2?　(PCN adds AIZU along with DFAB)

　- If yes, how has it been affected?

　- If no, please tell me why it has changed.

Q2: The operating junction temperature for RevA is +150°C. For RevB, it is +140°C.

       Is it possible to make it 150°C?

    Hi,

     

    The thermal information has indeed changed due to PCN# 20240723008.2. The revision history shows that the operating junction temperature was changed from 140C to 150C in RevB, so the device can safely operate at 150C.

    - Is this change due to a change in PCN, that is, a change in Die?

    - For 140°C, can I use the RevA datasheet?

    Yes, this change is due to the PCN.

    Please use the RevB datasheet if the part is post-PCN.
