When I use the EV2400 to control the bq27421-G1 EVM, one day I power on my computer than my computer can't detect the EV2400 but USB light is lighting, I try to replace the new USB cable and push reset bottom, but it didn't work too, what can I do to debug this problem？And how much I need to push the reset bottom？

There could be multiple reason for the BQ27421-G1EVM not being recognized through the EV2400 on BQStudio. Some common reason is listed below
-A battery cell/PWR supply is not sense on the Pack(+) and Pack(-) end 
-Connected to the wrong port on the EV2400, the BQ27421-G1EVM uses I2C and needs to be connected on port 2 
-Software and firmware needs to be updated, refer to the "Software development" for the first link, "Support Software" tab for the second link and having the most up to date BQStuido version in the third link below

Hopefully these steps helped you connect to your EVM to BQStudio and please reference "User Guide" in the EVM to setup up the gauge once you connect to the chip
