Tool/software:
I have built a 3.3 V regulator with a nominal UVLO-threshold at 13.75 V, with 100 kOhm from EN to VIN and 10 kOhm from EN to GND. I ramp up the input voltage at 0.1 V increments. When I step from 13.4 to 13.5 V, the output becomes 1.27 V. The regulator does not switch, the SW-node is steady at 1.27 V. When I continue to ramp up from 13.6 to 13.7 V, the regulator starts switching and the output is 3.3 V. Is this a known phenomena, or has the chip been damaged somehow?
