I understand that this datasheet change is a process change.

Did you also change the circuit for this device along with the process change?

    Hi T. Torihata,

    The circuit for this device has changed due to the process change. The process change targeted the same specs and operation as the old process, but some of the specs had changed which are detailed in the revision history.
