I'd like to say that I am not very familiar with PMU. My concern is the harmonic components.

My question is how to deal with these harmonics in general. We have AC-coupled shown in Figure 8-10 of datasheet.

If we reduce switch frequency from 600KHz to 300KHz, Rosc should be also changed?

Regarding RCLOCK_SYNC, this is the input pin from FPGA. Any requirement for this frequency from FPGA when we change switch frequency (sync frequency?) from 600KHz to 300KHz?

Yes, you should change ROSC if you would like to change frequency. And for the frequency, with higher frequency, it will be good to save solution size.
