Hi Ted,
let me check with the team. I will try to get back to you after the weekend.

Hi Ted,
does the customer need to definitively know what the device is or do they just need to separate two different devices? Or is revision information enough?

Niko
Hi Ted,
I got some internal documentation from the team but unfortunately it seems like there is no register that would tell which device (GPN/OPN) the device is. The closest to do this is the device ID register but it only tells the silicon revision so it can't be used to identify the device. Thus it seems like the only way to identify the device is through visual inspection of the top markings.

Niko
