Hi Team,

Are there any values for the FIT Rate for the TPS26631RGE at different temperatures, namely at 20C, 50C and 80C?

Already found the link to Functional Safety and FIT Rate on the product page, but it only mentions the FIT rate at 55C.

Looking for these values to calculate the MTBF.

Two follow-up questions:

1. When the document mentions FIT value at 55C, that is the surrounding temperature, correct? or is it the chip temperature?

2. The report mentions that the test was actually conducted at 125C. Does this mean that the FIT value was tested at 125C and then derived for 55C?

55 deg is customer usage case temp. 125 is what we tested the device in our accelerated testing.

Unfortunately, I didn't quite understand what you mean by "125 is what we tested the device in our accelerated testing."
Does this mean that the FIT value was only tested for 125C?

Yes, Devices has been tested in extreme temp value which is 125 degC.
