Tool/software:

Hello :Feb 17. all day WebBench tool "export" stayed Stuck. You get after a while, "Wait or Exit".

Then the msg is " this website stopped working.

PL fix it.

    We tried to replicate the issue you encountered but were unable to do so.

    However, we fully understand that you may have experienced this issue, and we believe the following factors could be potential causes:
    1. The production server routes might have been busy.
    2. Your browser version may sometimes restrict certain action buttons.
    3. Specific cookies could have limited this feature.

    Should you encounter this issue again, we recommend taking the following steps:
    • Update your browser to the latest version or try using a different browser, preferably Microsoft Edge or Internet Explorer.
    • Clear your browser’s cache and then attempt the action again.

    .Hello Sateesh:

    Thnx for your effort to explore why WebBench Design tool hangs up( notice the present tense!)

    You can reproduce it : I found out what causes it.

    #1: select any set of  design parameters that have straight forward solution: these come up & get exported very quickly.

    #2 Select some parameters- unbeknownst- may not have quick solution, the Tool takes long time--meanwhile, the browser will inform you to wait or exit..But the processor goes in hung up condition.

    For example, I selected 4.5v-5.5 V input, 18V 0.25amp output, isolated...it will go through the above  condition.

    Now, select 0.5 amp, you will get a relatively fast  & "exported". I opt for LM51561 design.

    If I change this design to 0.25, I will get a quick update.

    Export it etc...

    May be the fix is to ask user to modify "because the solution takes a long a search time"..
