TPS5430: Obserated discoloration/oxidation

We observed the thermal pad has discoloration/oxidation. Could you help to check if this kind of issue is normal for these parts?

If you have a PCN document for explanation on this matter, could you provide it to us?

How were these devices stored? Were those exposed to high humidity condition?.

Ideally, we should see any oxidation as the device is MSL1 rated thus it has unlimited storage life if stored in sealed bags.
