Hello.

The maximum rated VCC voltage of the UCC2813-4 is 12V, but the start threshold voltage is 13.5V.

We measured the VCC voltage in the circuit we designed, and the start voltage rose to 12.8V.

This exceeds the maximum rated voltage, but is this ok?

Hi,

13.5V is for startup. Right after hit 13.5V, the voltage needs to drop to <=12V. So you need to design the circuit for startup accordingly.

You can show your current startup circuit and after startup circuit so I can help to suggest how to adjust.

Hello.

Our circuit can reduce the voltage to 12V or less immediately after the VCC voltage reaches 13.5V at startup.

Is it okay for the VCC voltage to reach 13.5V at startup?

(Is it okay for the VCC voltage to temporarily exceed the rated voltage?)

At power on 13.5V is ok. After power on please follow the abs max specs.
