    Thanks for working with this.

    That is a picture of a pre-production BQ2575X IC. This IC can be either a BQ25750, BQ25756, or a BQ25758. This IC is most likely a BQ25750 IC if there's a BATFET and ACFET near the IC.

    You can read REG0x3D[6:3] to get the part number and you can read REG0x3D[2:0] for the device revision. The BQ25750's part number is 000.
