TPS53319: Schematic design review

1. Can you provide Vin, Vout, SW, Vfb to GND wave forms 

2. can you also share layout

3. Having both high ESR AL cap and Ripple injection circuit at the output may be causing the output to be unstable.  

4. can you test the application with out C81(1nf cap de-populating) and see if the output stabilises

Thank you for your reply.
Correction: In the last message, the output voltage is 6.3V, not 2.6V.
We have removed the capacitor, but no change in the voltage.
I have attached the complete project file. please review and let me know what other things you require.
I will share the requested waveform ASAP.

Hi Hasham,

with enough esr on output cap, application would not need a ripple injection circuit but having place holders is a good fall back to have. excel calculator can help you calculate the component values, is there any coupling to feed back from other signal or rails on the board 

and can you share the waveforms requested, can you provide layout for this.
