TPS54332: Output voltage still occurs when enable pin is pull low

Part Number: TPS54332

Tool/software:

Hi TI,

I have a technical question regarding to TPS54332DDA. As per data sheet mentioned, if the “Enable” pin is pull low, the IC itself will be disabled.
However, I notice there’s an output of 2V when we pull the “Enable” pin low.

Can any product engineer able to provide me info or clarification about this?

Thank you

  • Hi Bing

The EN voltage should be <1.17 to disable the IC.

And you can check the SW pin, is there any switching pulse?

Please share the schematic and the waveforms of SW,EN, Vout if the issue is still there.

    Thanks and best regards.
