Need a suggestion quickly on the below requirement.

DC-DC converter with integrated inductor ,with Specifications of
     1. 5V output voltage
     2. 300mA -500mA output current
     3. 400KHz to 2MHz switching frequency
     4. 10V to 65V Input Voltage range.
Worst case scenario input to voltage can be consider maximum as 45V to 55V.

Any equivalent to LM5166DRCR

Hi,

You can consider LMR36506. It has 5V fixed and adjustable output variants, and meets the other criteria also.

Hi,

Sorry, there was a misunderstanding. I missed the integrated inductor part. LMR36506 does not have an integrated inductor.

But the part you asked equivalent for, LM5166, also does not have an integrated inductor. What exactly is the requirement?

No problem. TPSM365R6 is a power module with integrated inductor that can meet the criteria mentioned.
