Tool/software:
I am only able to read default values instead of actual cell voltage, current, and temperature data.
Issue Observed:
- The device responds, but all cell voltage, current, and temperature readings remain at default values.
Troubleshooting Done:
Checked register read/write operations.
Ensured correct data format and CRC handling.
Measured TSREF voltage: 4.9V.
Measured GPIO voltages:
- GPIO 1 → 4.9V
- GPIO 2 → 1.8V
- GPIO 3 → 1.8V
Despite these checks, I am still unable to get actual readings. Could you please advise on potential causes or steps to debug this issue further?
