TPS761: TPS76150 burnt after power on

Could anyone suggest the failure case for the part TPS76150DBVR.

I am using above circuit and my load consumes 100-130mA. This design does not work..IC burnt after power on..Please suggest why it is failing

Hello,

I am assuming the IC burnt after power on because of the operating temperature. With the conditions you have specified the operating temperature gets to be about 234 degrees C, which is very hot for this device.
