TPS65400: ENSW delay

Hi team,

It is described that default t_ON_Delay/ t_OFF_Delay are 5ms.
However, Fig.8-4 looks there is no delay time.

Is this the example of the case that delay time is zero?

As clarified below, these delays are always in effect including when the outputs are internally or externally sequenced, or arbitrarily turned on or off.
