HI TI engineers,

the IC I use is BQ27542. When uploading low-temperature data, GPRCRB TI gave me the following reply：

Warning: Rb level detected as 1. No Rb tweak available for Rb1 level. Please check if gg file was exported after ID programming,

May I ask what caused this mistake？

Did you program the ChemID before using the GPCRB tool?

I program ChemID when I export gg, and I check that the RA table has been updated, and I use an empty chip to program ChemID, and then export gg

Can you try programming the ChemID again and then gather a new gg file to resubmit to the GPC tool.
