Hi Team,

I have an external 24 V power supply where my requirement for external supply varies from 18V to 35V.

Suggest me any buck part that that can have input value ranges from 18V to 35V and output range from 1.6V to 8V with current rating of 4A.

is it possible to have DAC margining circuit for this conversion.

Hello,

the Mid-Voltage-Buck team may not have something to meet this requirement. Our devices go up to around 28V. I will direct this to the Wide-Voltage-Buck team which is more likely to have a device to support this.

Check LM76005, TPS54561.

Yes, use can use DAC to vary the output of regulator as shown in following application note - How to Dynamically Adjust Power Module Output Voltage. Moreover, these devices come with Track pin. It can act as a variable reference for internal buck compensator. You can use this feature to vary the output.
