May I know what is the different CSD87351Q5D and CSD87351ZQ5D?

Seems improve the Improved ESD Protection.

Is there have any newer product for CSD87351ZQ5D? thanks!

    Hello Jeff,

    Thanks for your interest in TI FETs. You are correct that the CSD87351ZQ5D has improved ESD protection by integrating a gate ESD diode on the high side FET. The CSD8715Q5D passes 400V HBM & 2000V CDM. By comparison, the CSD87351ZQ5D passes 1000V HBM & 2000V CDM. Power loss and efficiency are the same for both devices. There are no newer devices to replace these.
