Hi TI Engineer,

We connect the upstream port of Type-C to the PC host. The TF card, gigabit network card, USB-A and other functions hanging under the USB-HUB on the motherboard are all normal. However, according to the information released by TI, when burning the firmware of TPS65982DMC, the USB2.0 connected to TPS65982DMC cannot recognize the DMC device. That means the system cannot recognize the TPS65982DMC, while we can confirm that the USB 2.0 HUB should be functioning properly.

Does this issue indicate that TPS65982DMC needs an initial program to recognize the USB devices? Our TPS65982DMC patch is empty, is that the reason why the device cannot be recognized?
