LM5156: Help Required with Isolated Multi-Output dc dc Flyback Converter Excel Design Tool

Part Number: LM5156

Tool/software:

Hi Team,

I am designing an isolated multi-output dc-dc flyback converter with the following specifications:

1) Input Voltage range - 15V to 30V (24V nominal value)

2) Secondary Winding 1 (Load 1) - 24V with 1A load (used for charging a capacitor which is subsequently discharged, current will not be continuous)

3) Secondary Winding 2 (Load 2) - 15V with 0.2A Load

4) Secondary winding 3 (Load 3) - 15V with 0.2A Load

The purpose of this converter is to achieve isolation between my gate driver and the power supply and additionally provide me voltages for supplementary supplies on my PCB.

I have used the Webench Power Designer and selected the LM5156 IC for my design. Additionally, I utilized the Excel calculator for the flyback converter controller design inputting all required values from the datasheets of the components I plan to use.

However, I am facing an issue with the isolated loop response as it does not show the gain response. This makes me uncertain whether I am using the tool correctly.

Could someone kindly review the attached Excel tool and advise on what might be wrong?
