The part numbers that you have mentioned seem to be the orderable part numbers. The difference in the part numbers that you have mentioned is the rating of the devices You can check the different meanings of TI part ratings here: https://www.ti.com/support-quality/certifications-and-standards/part-ratings.html

You can see the orderable part number of the catalog version of the device TPS40200 here: https://www.ti.com/product/TPS40200?qgpn=tps40200#order-quality. (The orderable part number that you have mentioned doesn't seem to correspond to any available part number).
