I'd like to confirm the internal structure of LMR33620APCQRNXRQ1 about VQFN-HR (RNX) | 12.

1) Is this the Flip-chip structure? Does this device have the same flip-chip structure as I have seen in the thread below?

2) About TPS629210QDRLRQ1 (SOT-5X3 (DRL) | 8) , also is it the Flip-chip strucure?

3) Is there a way to identify flip-chip structure in the datasheets or application note?

4) Is there an application note that describes the manufacturing method and manufacturing process for flip-chip structure?

Yes, it is a flip chip design. You can use the material in the previous post.

Normally the data sheet will state that it is a flip chip; however it is always best to ask TI for any specific device.

The TPS device is not in my product line, so I can not answer.

I don't think we would be able to disclose our manufacturing process.
