Hi,

I have submitted my log and config file (zipped) multiple times, but I have not received an email back with the result for my chemID.
Is the GPC tool currently working?

Hello Marco,

It sounds like you are either sending it to the wrong email or that your message is getting sent to spam. I would recommend following the document and make sure that you are sending the correct files and to the correct location. That being said there is not much I can do on my end for trouble on receiving your gpcchem report since it would be a user issue.

Hi Alan,

Thank you for the reply. It was sent to my spam folder, I didn't check there because I received the emails for the files that were in the incorrect format in my main inbox.
