Tool/software:

The BQ4050 reports abnormal battery health and cycle count. Every time the anomaly occurs, the health indicator shows 103 and the cycle count is 14336. After reproducing the issue, the problem can be resolved by powering off and restarting the PAD. This anomaly is an extremely rare event. We've conducted waveform tests but found no obvious hardware abnormalities. We hope TI can offer us assistance or a solution.

Would it be possible to share a bqStudio .log file and .gg file of the gauge settings? This would allow us to look deeper into this.

We encountered another similar case in use, when the problem occurred, the battery voltage, power, and temperature read from the PAD remained unchanged, and we checked our PAD was not stuck.
