TPS7A25: Need a regulator with more output current and no active output discharge

I need an LDO regulator similar to the TPS7A25 but with more output current and no active output discharge (couldn't find that option in the product selector chart)

I need it to make it work in parallel with a DC/DC regulator and switch between regulators to  improve efficiency, but the active output discharge of most LDOs defeats the purpose of the dual regulator circuitry

(to make better use of the battery)

On the other hand the TPS7A25 would be okay for my application but the max operative current is a bit low for the margin that I need, 

What other LDO similar to the TPS7A25, but with more output current is available (same package if possible) My system has 4.2V to 3V vin, 3V vout, Imax 600mA. (most of the time idles at a few uA but power draw is determined by programming so I cannot show here an average figure)
