I have a question regarding the TPSM63610 and how to effectively protect it from overvoltages and surges. We currently use 2 Buck converter with a VIN MAX of 80V but our system just needs to work to an input voltage of 33V. The only reason we use those Buck converters is because our surge protection circuit clamps at max. 58V. Is there a circuit that keeps the voltage on the input of the TPSM62610 under 42V? Is the TPS16630 the correct device?
