Hi Team,
Could you please tell me the allowable negative current of low side fet in FPWM mode?
In FPWM mode, reverse currrent can flow into low side fet in case of low output currents because of inductor ripple current.

Hi Tanvee,
Thank you for your reply.
From the original question*, I understand that "Low-side FET negative current limit, DC" represents the LS FET current limit during short circuit or over current protection.
Therefore, I believe that "Low-side FET negative current limit, DC" in the datasheet is not the information I need.
Alternatively, am I misunderstanding something, and does "Low-side FET negative current limit, DC" represent the allowable negative current of low side fet in FPWM mode?

Regards,
Hi,
There is misunderstanding here as datasheet has missed the (-) sign, Low-side FET negative current limit is enabled to prevent excessive current flowing
backwards to the input in FPWM mode. The parameter you are looking is (-7.5A(min) and -12A (max).
Terminology we used for LSFET current limit during short circuit is LS FET forward current limit.
Best regards,
Tanvee
