REF4132B25DBVR (REF4132) is a good option to replace this device if the input voltage can be less than or equal to 5.5V.

REF3425IDBVR (REF3425) is a good option to replace this device if the input voltage can be less than or equal to 12V.

REF5025EIDR (REF50E) is a good option to replace this device if the input voltage can be less than or equal to 42V. 

What is the end equipment for this?
