Hi team,

I have a question regarding the firmware logic of the BQ41Z50.
From a firmware perspective, would it be correct to consider the firmware level of the BQ41Z50 to be equivalent to that of the BQ40Z50-R5?

I would appreciate any clarification regarding functional similarities or differences between the two devices, especially from a firmware revision or capability standpoint.

    Hello Shuehei,

    All thought there are many same parameter and data formats BQ41Z50 firmware and BQ40z50-r5 firmware is not equivalent meaning that you can't transfer the same firmware file onto each other. In terms of similarities and differences there are far too many to list within this e2e and I've attached the technical reference manual for both but the biggest difference is the algorithm they support with BQ40Z50 supporting the newest algorithm being DZT.
