Other Parts Discussed in Thread: EV2400
Tool/software:
The problem I encountered in practical project applications is that we checked and tested the battery pack before leaving the factory, and found that the charging, discharging, and communication were all normal. But six months after leaving the factory, customers have reported that there are battery packs (about 10 out of 200-300pcs) that can be charged and discharged normally, but cannot communicate, even with EV2400,
However, these faulty battery packs were observed to have low levels of SCL and SDA using an oscilloscope. When EV2400 was turned on, SCL remained at 1 and SDA was observed to be low using an oscilloscope. After disconnecting the B-connection of the protection board, the B - was reconnected, and the charging, discharging, and communication of the battery pack were all normal again.
Could you please help analyze the possible causes.
thank you!
