Thanks for sharing. The TPS566238 supports 12vin, 6A current, Vout up to 7V, 600kHz FSW, etc. I am not sure about the other points you listed, so please take a look at the device product page and the datasheet and let me know if this is suitable for your requirements/application.

Hi Calan,

The device functionally is matching what I want but it is not space qualified. For that the component shall among other factors be:

- rad-hardiness TID= 100krad (SI)

- SEU/SEE,

- qualified for shocks, vibrations, thermal according to GEO Orbit.

As I said from the beginning the component shall be space qualified.
