Hi, 

what levels of negative voltage transient can the part tolerate on Vout?

This is to account for a long wire disconnected at the far end.

Specifically:

  1. is there a Vds (for the output FET) transient table/graph.
  2. is the gate drive tied to the FET source and floating wrt IC gnd?
