Tool/software:

So I understand to use the Aarvark hdr J5 for programming but then what is J3 doing?
Why does the I2C1_SCL/SDA on J3 go to TPS25750D but the GND on J3 is an AGND that goes to BQ25792?

2. The AGND line is meant to be kept separate from the power ground.
