I am currently working on a prototype using the TPS1689 eFuse in an automotive application, replacing the standard fuse. I plan to connect the eFuse between the battery (11V-16V), which is within the recommended VIN range (9V-80V), and the load. I would like to set the ILim down to 1A. However, the datasheet specifies a minimum overcurrent threshold of 2A at V_IREF = 0.3V. Is it possible to adjust the overcurrent threshold to 1A?
Additionally, I have a second question: If I connect two TPS1689 devices in parallel, the maximum overcurrent threshold would increase from 20A to 40A. Does this also mean that the minimum overcurrent threshold would increase from 2A to 4A?
