I want to drive the output of the LMR38020FSQDDARQ1 IC at 3.3V by supplying 24V to its input, but I’m seeing an output voltage around 1.6–1.7V. I couldn’t find any issue with the feedback resistors in the circuit. Could there be a problem with the capacitors or the inductor? I removed the tantalum capacitor used at the output of the circuit, but the output voltage still remains at 1.7V.
