TPS22950: Regarding ILIM

Hi team,

My customer is considering connecting a 1.8kΩ resistor to the ILIM pin for typical overcurrent detection of 628mA.

According to the datasheet formula (1), ILIM_PEAK is expected to be around 0.755A.

Do you have measurement data for ILIM with RILIM = 1.8kΩ? If you have min, typ, and max values, I would appreciate it if you could provide them.

    Hello Kyohei,

    We do not have a min/max current limit variance calculator. 

    This variance has a lot of factors including process variation. Therefore, please refer to the following ILIM ranges given a particular RILM as a reference for how much variation to expect for your system. 

    You can consider +-24% for RILIM=1.8Kohms
