I am using the the level translator TXU0101-Q1 with the following configuration,
VCCA - 1.8V
VCCB - 3.3V

How to determine VIL, VIH, VOL, and VOH on 1.8V side and 3.3V side?

Hi Ram,

This device uses Schmitt-trigger inputs, so the thresholds are slightly different than normal inputs. Here is an app note that covers this further: www.ti.com/.../scea046b.pdf

Thanks for your response, Noted your comment.
Since I am using 1.8V and 3.3V - Hope I can consider the VIH,VIL,VOH, VOL of 1.65V and 3V as the worst case for doing a DC analysis?

Hello Ram,

Yes you can use 1.65V and 3V as worst case values. For determining VOH and VOL at a specific voltage, please see FAQ below.

[FAQ] What is the output voltage (VOH or VOL) when the output current is X or the supply voltage is Y?
