I'm using the TPS613785 and am trying to achieve an output of ~13V from a battery input of 3.8V. Regardless of the feedback resistor conf, I'm only 11.9V at the output. I'm able to adjust it to values below 11.9V (using the formula in the data sheet p18, eq 4) but even then it doesn't seem to track the programmed voltage as well as I'd expect. The load is light to 500mA. Here's a schematic snip, anything obvious?
