Tool/software:
We are using this fuel gauge to monitor single cell of 5000 MAh battery. To configure fuel gauge we used BQ Studio software with EV2400 loader. But while writing the full capacity battery in the data memory it is not get reflected in FCC register, it's just showing the default value 3000 MAh. There is no battery chemical option available in the software for our part selection. Is there any learning cycle required to be done from our side to get these values reflected? If so share some document regrading the process to be followed for this fuel gauge. We found some general leaning cycle process document but not able to initiate learning cycle still.
