REF3440: TEMPCO and Output Voltage Accuracy vs Temperature - Narrower Temperature Range

Part Number: REF3440
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: REF54, REF50E, REF70

Tool/software:

Hi there,

I understand that the Temperature Coefficient is guaranteed to be <6ppm for this device. I require at least 3ppm (for my narrower temperature range of 20-60 degC) and was wondering how I could somehow deduce the worst case ppm for a temperature range of 20-60 degC.

In the datasheet could the "Figure 7-3. Output Voltage Accuracy vs Temperature" graph or any other datasheet info be used to deduce this?

Thanks in advance,

Steven
