TPS7A94: EN_UV pin connection

Hi All,

We need to reduce space and component count around EN_UV pin. We want to avoid resistor divider tied to this pin (as recomended in datasheet). Is it possible to connect as follows? If not, why?

Input voltage 2,4 V. Zero jumper R18 will be removed/replaced by direct copper connection to VIN (pin 1, 2).

    Hi Jiri,

    This will work.

    R18 can be removed and replaced with a direct copper connection without issue. 

    The only difference is that you won't be able to take advantage of the effective user programmable UVLO abilities but since you don't appear to be using that it's a total non-issue.
